Hi all, here I left you my personal opinion about Vayne. You'll find the runes, maestries, build and some tips. I hope it helps you to improve your games.
First of all, I'll show you the runes I use for ADC. I don't have an expecial page for Vayne. All the ADC do it really well with this composition:
As you can see, I go for 8 marks of AD and 1 of critical chance. That's because in early game this 1% of crit may cause the difference in a figth if it lands. It's my personal lucky mark.
The seals are 4 for armor and 5 of life. With the last patch, the armor seals are nerf so I take only 4 point of armor and gain 40 of life.
Glyphs go for magic resist as classic (6) and then 3 to attack speed. This can change depending of the enemy support. If you're fighting vs an AP support, you can go for full magic resist gliphs.
Quintessenses are composed by 2 Attack speed and 1 of AD damage. The reason of this it's because the lifesteal quintessenses are nerff, so we're going to compense that with the extra life of the seals, and landing more hits at the trades because we're faster than the oponent ADC.
The maestries I use are 21/9/0:
The 21 points of offense are classic composition. The key are the 9 defense points. You can see how I look for the life bonus. That's because we don't have lifesteal quintessenses so we take extra life from here.
With these Runes and Maestries, you may play agressive at the trades and try to take 2 for 1 hits. You won't have to worry of taken much damage because you'll have more life than the oponent and usually he'll be forced to use the Heal of Flash first. This gives you an important advantage in early game and your jungler could gank soon bot lane to get first blood.
You have to force the enemy go base, and then you may froze the line to start snowball you advantage.
Now i'll show you my biuld with Vayne:
The Doran Blade it's very important for us. We don't have any life steal so this item will provide us all the sustain we'll have in lane untill we go back at base.
1st time we go to base, we'll look for the Vampiric Scepter. But not allways we could buy it (maybe we're first blood) so the other option is start with the boots. The Zeal is a great object if we get an early kill or kills. If the other carry is not doing it well and hasn't got enought money to buy the Vamipric Scepter, we can go for the Zeal and let the Scepter for later. Also it's important to buy potions and wards if we can to make sure we don't get caught by the enemy jungler and it would let us play more safe.
With Vayne, the first item I finish it's the Blade of the ruined king. Life steal and attack speed are her best friends and also the active is great to stay close enough to get the kill for sure. Then, you may look for the Phantom Dancer. With this object you won't have to buy any armor penetration and gives you all the movility that Vayne needs. At this point, once you get the boots finished depending of the game you can go for a second Phantom Dancer, a Bloodthirster or getting an defensive item.
The summoner spells as an ADC are: Heal and Flash.
The abilities you must max are Q and W, letting E for the end and giving priority to R at his levels.
Thanks for reading and I hope it healps you.
